Specs is a specialized consultancy Bureau in local and international Quality Systems, consists of a group of selected consultants and experts in business and quality systems supported by a promising engineering team.

Objective

The main objective of SPECS office is to be an engineering consulting entity with experience in the fields of engineering and construction and to be an ISO certification body (CB) by 2028.

SPECS believes in the role of quality in preserving the well-being and value of human life, so it plays an effective role in achieving this goal, more specifically in economic growth and community development in Egypt and the Middle East,

ENG. Waleed Mahmoud Hamed Abdallah

Specs founder & CEO

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil Department) from Military Technical College in 1993.
Participated as an agent to the Egyptian armed forces with the American side Afghanistan Reconstruction Project 2006.
Obtained business management from the Military College of Administration Sciences.
Supervised through his 23-year career in Engineering Armed Forces to Implement Several Engineering Projects Inside and outside the armed forces
He has many engineering courses in the field of quality.
Consultant from the Egyptian Engineers' Union in 2017 In the field of quality control and testing of facilities.
Through his work in the directory offices, he oversaw the implementation of (2) Tourist Resort in Al-Jalalah City in addition to many other projects.
